The “Day-in-a-life” experience is a unique assessment in which the candidate undergoes an integrated simulation of a half a day or a full day. The candidate is assigned a job for a day in a fictional company and is confronted with everyday business challenges, engages with colleagues, customers, stakeholders and sends and receives e-mails. In short, it provides a complete and seamlessly tailored experience.

The “Day-in-a-life” assessment offers a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the candidate. In addition to a personality analysis, cognitive capacity analysis, and behavior-oriented in-depth interview, the candidate undergoes a seamlessly tailored simulation.
A job for a day
The candidate is provided with an office, a computer, a personal account and all of the necessary information to start working in our simulated company. E-mails, phone calls, virtual meetings, personal conversations – basically, all of the elements you encounter in your daily environment. There is no time for procrastination; as a participant you dive right in, make decisions, offer advice and take concrete actions.
Objective Results
Before a report is written, two certified assesors review all of the data and calibrate the results to define objective, clear and overarching trends with their corresponding recommendations.
