Since August 2023, Nadine has been working at Lumio Leadership in the role of Consultant Management Drives Germany. With a broad background in the staffing and recruitment industry and her trilingual upbringing in English, Dutch and German, she brings valuable expertise and international flair to the table.

Her true passion lies in working with people and inspiring others to continually grow and learn. As a mentor and advisor, she thrives because her enthusiasm and empathy genuinely bring out the best in people and teams. Nadine feels completely in her element in an international context and sees this as an opportunity to further develop her intercultural skills.

In her personal life, Nadine enjoys the good “Bourgondian”life in the beautiful region of Southern Limburg with her husband and two teenage daughters. She also loves taking long walks with her loyal companion, Labradoodle Buddy, through the picturesque landscapes of the region.
