We are a Master Partner for Management Drives. In the Germany / DACH region, we provide training and certification for new Management Drives professionals. We assist companies in implementing and embedding Management Drives in their own organization and coach certified professionals within these companies in their role as MD coaches and trainers. We incorporate Managment Drives into all of our Lumio Leadership programs; leaderschip starts with self-leadership: know yourself, understand others.
Six colors. One matrix. This is all you need to visualize the driving forces of an individual, team or organization. Each color represents a specific style, behavior, culture etc. Why colors? Because they are more neutral and universal than words. It is not about categorizing or classifying people in boxes. It is about enabling people to be themselves fully to feel understood and to understand others. Just imagine the possibilities if everyone understands themselves and those around them and what you could collectively achieve!
Strong Team Development
Is the team a true team? Sometimes we call it a team but it turns out to be more of a group of individuals with individual focuses and areas of attention. We build the bridge between the organizational challenge and the strength of the team. More trust, the courage to hold each other accountable and pushing each other to a higher level! We can achieve this by providing insights into the driving forces of each team member and by highlighting team diversity. What does the team need to do more or less of to achieve its goals and have a bit of fun on the road to succes?
